Day 8: more Kairos, fish and chips and Gallic Football

Expect pictures tomorrow morning. The ca,era is dead so I'll take care of it in the morning. Check back when you wake up. Today we ministered at Kairos House again, then went out for fish and chips with the Kairos staff. After dinner we went to Castlewellen for a Gallic football game, which was awesome. So here are the students:

It was a very eventful day!!!! We went to kairos center and played capture the flag. And I got very close with this girl named Laura, and we talked about deep stuff. The best thing about today was getting close with a lot of the kids and staff, and being able to have a great time together. I think my favorite thing thus far is building new relationships with great people and kids, as well as being open and sharing God with each other. The Lord has defiantly blessed me with this wonderful opportunity to be here and meet these people, without his support none of this would be possible. This is defiantly a memory that will last me a lifetime. Lauren

Hey guys its Rachel! The weather was beautiful today, bright and sunny! It's so nice to be able to walk out the front door and smell the fresh air and a breeze from the sea. It's so gorgeous here! Today we went to Kairos and performed a skit for the kids about the story of Joseph. It has been amazing to See the reactions the kids have towards the bible skits we perform for them and to see how easily they adjusted to us after only a couple of days. God is definitely working. For dinner we went to this little restaurant by the water called the Galley. They are known for they're fish and chips! After that we went to a Gaelic football game which was very interesting since none of us have seen one before! It was so fun! Thanks for your prayers and support...Rachel.
